LifeLong Learning Programme

The aim of the project

Open Gate is an international Grundtvig Learning Partnership project. The aim of the project is to promote the knowledge of English language, ICT and creative writing in a life long learning context. Each participating institution will create its own database of texts to enhance mutual knowledge of partner countries and stimulate a sense of European self-consciousness. Throughout the project the participants will develop a better knowledge of their national and European identity. The project includes the study and mutual information on cultural and historical heritage, national customs and traditions typical of each participating country. The students will be involved in the production on texts in English concerning the above mentioned themes. The chosen works will be published on the official web site, created by the same students. The resulting publications collected and elaborated by project participants will be exchanged among the project partners.
